Most commissions take three to five weeks from approved design to delivery. Detailed hand-painted work or event pieces may take a little longer — we'll always confirm a timeline before we begin.

No — we provide the pair for you. Just tell us the style and size you'd like, and we'll source a premium base to customise. You never need to send us anything.

Absolutely. Weddings, milestones, gifts, and personal themes are some of our favourite commissions. Share the palette, the mood, or the meaning, and we'll design around it.
